manufactures a twin pump system to meter and dispense two part resins. The wide range of applications of the Robinson Twin Pump system enables the user to accurately deliver any resin directly to the job with minimum loss of materials and with complete safety.
Robinson's design criteria of long life, low maintenance operation, along with the selection of top quality materials, ensures a long trouble free life.
The Robinson Twin Piston Pump system can be designed to suit any production requirements, this includes hand held injection guns, exact shot size delivery systems, control panel operation with remote delivery system or any combination you require.

Specifications:
Unit: Two or more positive displacement pumps driven by one pneumatic motor, double acting, low pressure.
Mixing Method: Static or mechanical mixing chamber.
Delivery System: Hand held gun head, fixed delivery tube, flexible delivery tube.
Mixing Method: Mixing method for PU elastomer spray is static spiral mixers and air interaction nozzle.
Cleaning: Flush system uses air purge and solvent flush, (standard 5 litre solvent tank).
Output: 0.5kg per minute to 10kg per minute depending on viscosity and material mixability.
Hose Needs: Hoses supplied to required length.
Air Needs: 300lt/min to 500lt/min or 12CFM to 18CFM.
Options: Longer hoses, heating of hoses and tanks.
Pick-up hoses to suit 25lt., 220lt drums and 1000lt. cubes.
Range of mixing chambers to suit higher viscosity and output.
Platform trolley and pantograph boom.
Tank agitators.
Ratio: Any fixed ratio or pump component change to ratio.
